The new portal puts you, our patients, in control. It enables you to:  

  • Choose a date for your medication to be delivered that is most is suitable to you
  • Book your delivery to you chosen address, or (if eligible) to a community pharmacy via AlcuraCollect
  • Request clinical waste for collection along with your delivery
     

What is HealthConnect?

HealthConnect is a system designed to make your medicine booking seamless.

It is secure: all our data will be stored in the cloud, meaning we have enhanced security and the platform is more reliable, it also means that our patient and customer service teams can access your information at the click of a button, so when you need support from us it will be more streamlined.

As well as aiming to speed up interactions with us, you can also access and update your information yourselves.

As a patient you’ll be able to: 

  • View your prescriptions and upcoming deliveries
  • Book your next medication delivery 
  • Update your personal details
  • Nominate an approved person to sign for your delivery

 

What is AlcuraCollect?

AlcuraCollect allows eligible patients to book their medicine delivery to their chosen local community pharmacy. They can then collect their medicine at a time that suits them. Find out more about AlcuraCollect.

How do I access the HealthConnect portal?   

Click the ‘log in’ button at the top of this page, you can then bookmark this to your device for ease, of come back to our website.

Who can use the portal?

The majority of patients on ambient oral or self-injectable medication with the exception of those using oncology, high tech and immunosuppressant medication. Medication will be approved for use on the portal by the manufacturer and your trust/clinic will approve self-serve administration.

You will need a valid email address and access to a device connected to the internet.

Self injectable medication will not be eligible for AlcuraCollect.

Will all patients be expected to use HealthConnect? 

No, using our portal aims to be the fastest way to access our services, so we’re hoping that most of our eligible patients will start to use it where appropriate. This depends on specific medication being available to book on the portal, as well as permission from your referring clinical centre.
