Actions we are taking.
Alcura are working hard to maintain continuation of supply and normal homecare medicine delivery. For everyone’s safety, we continue to follow Government advice about social distancing and you will not be asked to sign for your delivery. The delivery driver will not come into your home unless it has been pre-arranged and is really necessary (e.g. if you are unable to physically carry a heavy parcel).
During the call to arrange your next delivery or nurse visit, we will inform you of any changes to ensure your homecare service is delivered to you and by us, safely.
During this time our staff are working hard to maintain delivery booking calls however we envisage there will be an increase in phone waiting times therefore please only make contact in urgent situations or to update us of any changes to existing delivery schedules. Alternatively, please email patientservices@alcura-health.co.uk where all queries will be read, prioritised and answered as quickly as possible.
